AkinKanna is designed to provide a subtle lift — calmer, more present and lightly uplifted without feeling sedated or overly stimulated.
Fold the strip once. Place it on your tongue, let it soften for 3–5 seconds, then move it under your tongue and allow it to fully dissolve. Start with one strip and give it 15–20 minutes before deciding whether to take another. Maximum five strips per day.
Per strip: 30mg Kanna (Sceletium tortuosum, 5% alkaloids) plus Lion's Mane and L-Theanine. Pack: 15 strips and 450mg total Kanna.
Do not combine Kanna with SSRIs or other antidepressants without appropriate medical guidance. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
