We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. We will not accept opened items. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at info@akinkanna.com to initiate a return. We'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on opened products, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@akinkanna.com.
